Was not very clear and rushed through my appointment did not give me any ideas to improve pain or standard of life

Took a bit more time and helped me with something to ease the awful pain I am going through

I was just put in a room on my own for 25 minutes after being told Al sit you in here we shouldn’t be long! As you can imagine this is an anxious procedure and I wasn’t having sedation. The only reason someone came to me was i received a phone call from family and I was getting quite upset so someone came in and said again someone shouldn’t be long!! The procedure it’s self was just awful.I previously had this a week before at mexborough and it was totally different. Staff were reassuring and so friendly.

Maybe actually speak to patients like there a person whose having a procedure that’s not pleasant rather than admitting them robotically with no empathy or a friendly manner and keep them up to day with things that are happening. Whilst having the procedure the lady coughing in my ear really didn’t reassure me and when she said it’s me choking not you!! Absolutely horrible experience and I am meant to be having it again and I refused and was been told by the consultant that well he can’t tell me I haven’t got cancel!! Absolutely lovely

Because i broke two bones in my ankle i was give no pain telief nothing gor over 3 hrs i was left there in pain while the staff in ane was just sat around behind the glass just chatting amongst themselves not bothering with any patients same as the nursing staff also im legally blind and my partner who brung me to hospital was told he cud not stay with me even tho i stated several times i am blind and i need him to stay with me bit was ignored again

Stop the staff nursing and other from standing around or sitting chatting amonst each other not bothering with patients or ppl booking in etc who are in extreme pain

Good welcome from staff on front desk. Triage nurse professional

111 service sent me to a pharmacy. The pharmacy then sent me to urgent treatment who said I must go to A and E. A and E then sent me back to urgent treatment. I have cellulitis in my toe, all this extra walking to different departments could have been improved with a mire integrated service

It was a calm environment after being in A&E & all staff were just very professional, knowledgeable & friendly & the nurse I saw was exceptionally good & reassuring as she could see I was very worried! She totally explained all my test results & was very thorough in asking about my pains etc.

The only thing I could say is that I didn’t realise that the long wait was for my blood tests results which were taken in A&E, maybe just explain to patients once they arrive that blood results may take a while.

I was told I was actually seeing the surgeon who did my operation, but I saw someone else instead. That was the 3 different Doctor that I have seen

Had a 4.5 hour wait for an X-ray. No communication. People writhing in pain left for over 3 hours! Dreadful

Communication, isolating infected people from other injured patients!
